4 slices thick 
8 tbsps Goody Date Spread
2 large eggs
¼ cup milk 
1 tbsps granulated sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
2 tbsps unsalted butter, for griddling
Goody Pancake Syrup
1 banana


1.Make 2 Date Spread sandwitches by spreading each slice of bread with 2 tablespoons of date spread. 
2.To a medium bowl, add the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and whisk together, then set aside.
3.To a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high temperature.
4.Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, on both sides, and place sandwiches in skillet.
5.Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until lightly golden browned on both sides. 
6.Slice and serve immediately with some Pancake Syrup and banana slices on the side. French toast is best warm and fresh.
