400g of Goody Date Spread
1 Velor Sweet Condensed Milk
100g of Butter, at room temperature
2 Eggs
1 tsp of Vanilla
½ cup of Sugar
2 cups of Tahini with a dash of Salt
½ tsp of Baking Powder


1.Mix the butter with sugar and tahini, and then add the eggs and vanilla.

2.Divide the dough into quarters; wrap a quarter and put it in the freezer.

3.Roll out the remaining dough and place it in the tart baking tray; make them even in size using your hand and remove the extras. Afterwards, poke it with a fork.

4.Coat the date over the dough evenly.

5.Grate the dough quarter (from the freezer) over the dates.

6.Heat the dough in the oven using the bottom heat from 20 to 30 minutes; and then place the tray on the top rack to brown it.

7.Coat the tart top with the Velor sweet condensed milk to give it a glitter and then sprinkle pistachios as desired.
