1.In the kneading bowl, sift the flour and add the yeast, baking powder, sugar, milk, salt, and oil.
2.Add the warm water gradually and knead the mixture until it is incorporated, then cover the dough and leave it for 30 minutes until it doubles in size a little bit.
3.Over a slightly floured surface, Spread the dough and then cut it into small circles.
4.Fill each piece with Goody Date Spread (one teaspoon), then shape them into balls and close them well.
5.Repeat the process until the amount ends.
6.Heat oil in a deep skillet, and then fry the pieces for 5 minutes until they are browned. Take them out of the oil, then dip them in the syrup and serve.
