For lovers of rich and beneficial snacks, here is the "Dates Tart" for you and your family.
2 cups of Tea Biscuits, finely ground
100g Butter, thawed
20 Dates, without kernels and divided in half
1 can of Velor Sweet Condensed Milk
- Heat the oven at 180o
- In a deep bowl, mix the biscuits and the butter well; then put the biscuits mixture in the cheesecake pan and press it down well in the bottom of the pan. Bake the pan in the oven for 10 minutes; then take it out and leave it aside for 10 minutes until it cools.
- Pour the condensed milk over the biscuit layer; then place the dates over the top. Put the pan in the oven for 5 minutes until the top is browned. Place the tart on the serving plate and have a nice meal!
