Biscuit Layer:

2 cups of Tea Biscuits, finely ground

100g Butter, thawed


20 Dates, without kernels and divided in half

1 can of Velor Sweet Condensed Milk


  1. Heat the oven at 180o
  2. In a deep bowl, mix the biscuits and the butter well; then put the biscuits mixture in the cheesecake pan and press it down well in the bottom of the pan. Bake the pan in the oven for 10 minutes; then take it out and leave it aside for 10 minutes until it cools.
  3. Pour the condensed milk over the biscuit layer; then place the dates over the top. Put the pan in the oven for 5 minutes until the top is browned. Place the tart on the serving plate and have a nice meal!
