Ingredients

For the Peanut Butter Icing:
½ cup sugar
½ cup Goody Natural Peanut Butter
2 ½ tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
¼ cup heavy cream
6 ready Chocolate Cupcakes
Crushed Peanuts for garnish
For the Date Icing:
1 cup Goody Date Spread
¼ unsweetened cocoa powder
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
6 ready Chocolate Cupcakes
couple of dates cut into pieces for garnish
For the Chocolate Spread Icing:
½ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
½ cup icing sugar
1 cup Goody chocolate spread
1 tablespoon milk, if needed
6 ready Chocolate Cupcakes 
 

Method

1.For the Peanut Butter Icing: Place the sugar, peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and salt in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Mix on medium-low speed until creamy, scraping down the bowl with a rubber spatula as you work. Add the cream and beat on high speed until the mixture is light and smooth. Decorate each cupcake with the peanut butter icing add the crushed peanuts and serve. 
2.For the Date Spread Icing: Place the date spread, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt in an electric mixer. Mix until well combined. Decorate each cupcake with the date spread icing, add a piece of dates and serve.
3.For the Chocolate spread Icing: In an electric mixer, add the butter and sugar and beat until well combined, add the chocolate spread and beat. If the icing is too thick add the tablespoon of milk and beat until silky and smooth.  Decorate each cupcake with the chocolate spread. Serve.
