1 Cup Goody pasta Ditalini Rigate(No. 10)
¼kilo boneless diced mutton meat 
1  Chopped red onion 
5  Cups water
2  Mashed cloves of garlic
¼ Cup Quaker
4  Cups chopped celery
2  Tbsp chopped parsley
1  Tsp salt
¼ Cup lemon juice
2  Tbsp olive oil


1.Heat oil, add the onion and garlic and stir for 2 minutes then add the meat and stir until it brown Add water to the previous mixture, simmer it for about an hour until meat becomes well cooked and then add celery. Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes. Add the pasta and continue cooking for 10 minutes. Add the parsley and lemon juice immediately before serving.
