1 egg
2 tsps sugar
1 medium-sized potato, boiled
1 cup of Velor powder milk
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp instant yeast
1 ½ cup of warm water
2 cups of flour
1 tsp baking powder
Vegetable oil for frying
For garnish:
Sugar powder for garnish
Goody hazelnut chocolate, spreadable
- Sieve the flour and baking powder together then set them aside.
- In a bowl, mix well the egg, sugar, mashed potato, milk, oil, yeast and water until the mixture is incorporated, add the mixture to the flour then knead well.Cover the dough with a wet towel; leave it for 30 minutes until it ferments.Spread the dough after putting a little flour on the flat surface until it has a thickness of about 1 cm, cut them in a form of circles or any other shape you like.
- In a pan, put a sufficient amount of oil, make sure that the oil is hot then start frying the dough pieces for about 2 minutes or until they turn golden.Garnish by sprinkling some of them with sugar powder and the others with Goody spreadable hazelnut chocolate.
