2 cans Goody fava beans medammes
1 onion, finally chopped
4 tbs oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 green chilli pod, sliced
A dash of (salt, pepper, cumin, powder coriander)
1.Put fava beans in blender or food processer, mash well.
2.In a pan, heat oil, brown onion till golden. Add garlic and chilli. Add beans, paste and spices. Boil for 2 minutes.
3.In a serving dish, drizzle with tahini and olive oil. Sprinkle with ducka spice, and garnish with tomato and coriander.
