¼ cup of Goody mayonnaise
½ cup of sweet and hot chicken dressing sauce
4 tbsps starch
2 tbsps flour
2 egg whites
¼ cup of water
2 tbsps vegetable oil
1 tbsp of Goody white vinegar
½ kilo of medium-sized shrimps, fresh
Ample oil for frying
Green pepper, minced for garnish
1.In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the sweet and hot chicken dressing sauce, set aside.
2.In a deep dish, mix all the tempura ingredients (starch, flour, egg whites, water, vegetable oil, vinegar, salt and black pepper) using a hand blender.Add the shrimps to the tempura mixture, stir well.
3.Heat the oil in a small saucepan then fry the shrimps until they become golden, remove them using a strainer then drain the oil, place them on a kitchen paper to absorb the rest of the oil.Put the drained shrimps in the mayonnaise sauce, stir well.When serving, garnish with minced green onions.
