1 can of Velor Cream
¾ cups of Goody Date Spread
22 lady fingers
1 cup of whipped cream
1 tbsp of powdered sugar
3 tsp of Cofique, diluted in 1 cup of water at room temperature
Unsweetened cocoa powder for decoration
1.In a bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese with the cream and the date spread, then add two spoons of the liquid coffee mixture.
2.Using an electric mixer, whip the cream with the powdered sugar on high speed for approximately 5 minutes or until the texture thickens.
3.Add the cream to the cheese and date mixture in three stages, while gently mixing by hand to keep as much air as possible in the cream.
4.Place a small quantity of the mixture in a plate, then dip the lady fingers in the coffee and align them on the mixture. Add another layer of the mixture and repeat
5.Use a small colander to coat the surface with cocoa powder, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours and serve.
