Egg Bread Molds
The tasty Egg Bread Molds meal with its distinct taste and nutritional value for you and your family
4 loaves of Italian Ciabatta Bread
½ can of Goody Red Kidney Beans, drained
4 small Eggs
½ cup of Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 Tbsp Parsley, minced for garnish
8 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1 Tbsp Goody Whole Kernel Golden Corn for garnish
4 Dill Stems, for garnish
- Heat the oven at 200o
- Separate the bread edges using a knife, so that you would take the quarter of the top section of each loaf; afterwards, empty the bread from the middle and then put the bread leftovers aside.
- Place the kidney beans in a medium-sized microwavable bowl, and cook at high temperature for 7 minutes, or until boiling bubbles emerge; stirring once.
- Place the bread pieces in an oven sheet; then pour the hot kidney beans mixture equally in the each bread piece pocket; and then place a spoon of parmesan cheese over the kidney beans. Break an egg on each bread piece; then place them in the oven for 8 minutes or until the eggs are cooked.Garnish the top of the eggs with cherry tomatoes and parsley, and serve.
