1 pack of Goody Pasta Lasagna

2 Tbsps Vegetable Oil

1 large Onion, finely minced

4 Garlic Cloves, mashed

Dash of Salt, Black Pepper and Cumin

½ kg Mutton Meat, minced

1 Goody Chicken Stock Cube, dissolved in ¼ cup of Warm Water

1 can of Goody Red Pasta Sauce-Napolitana

½ cup of Yellow, Red and Green Bell Peppers, cut into long strips

½ cup of Coriander, finely minced

2 medium Eggplants, finely sliced and fried

2 large Potatoes, finely sliced and fried

1 cup of Mozzarella Cheese


  1. Heat the oven at 200oC.
  2. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package, and set them aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the oil and add the onion, garlic and spices; afterwards, add the meat and the chicken stock, stir for 6 minutes until it is cooked. Add the pasta sauce, bell pepper and coriander; stir and leave it for 10 minutes. Add the eggplants and potatoes and stir for 12 minutes until the mixture is cooked and incorporated.
  4. In an oven sheet, place a layer of the eggplant mixture, then arrange half the amount of the lasagna slices, and then place the remaining lasagna slices, then finally the remaining amount of the eggplant mixture. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on the top, then place in the oven for 20 minutes or until it turns golden. Take it out of the oven and serve hot.

Note: You can use Goody Alfredo White Pasta Sauce in the last layer before sprinkling the mozzarella cheese.
