Eggs with Mushrooms
Present the eggs leisurely with a mix of excellent vegetables and an elegant touch.
1 tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup of broccoli, fresh and boiled
1/3 cup of Goody mushrooms, sliced
2 onions, sliced
1 Green chili, sliced to taste
Salt, black pepper and tandoori pepper to taste
2 tbsps fresh parsley, finely minced
Pinch of garlic powder
- Heat oil in a pan, roast the onion slices until they become yellow and wilted then add the salt.Add the mushrooms, broccoli, green chili, black pepper, tandoori pepper and a little garlic powder, stir the ingredients together for 3 minutes then remove from the heat and add the minced parsley.Distribute the mixture in small oven molds, break an egg on top of them then put them in the oven until they are done. Serve hot.
