½ kg ribs
½ pack Goody Penne Rigate #31
3 cups tomato juice
1 cup water
1 onion, grated
1 tsp red chili, chopped
½ green pepper, chopped
3 tbsp Goody natural vinegar
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
¼ tsp (cinnamon, clove, coriander, paprika and pepper)
½ tsp salt
Dash of cumin
¼ cup oil
Chopped parsley and mint for garnishing
Meat marinate:
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Goody natural vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
Pasta marinate:
4 tbsp lstrongon juice
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
Dash of (salt, oregano, dried parsley and chili powder)


1.Cook pasta according to pack instructions. 
2.Wash meat well, make sure pieces stay whole. Mix marinates ingredients; marinate meat for at least 30 minutes. Brown in ¼ cup oil on both sides, put with oil in oven dish. 
3.In a food processor, blend onion, water, tomato juice, chili, green pepper, vinegar, balsamic vinegar, spices and seasoning. Pour over meat, cover pan with foil. Bake in moderate to high oven for 2 hours or till cooked. 
4.Mix pasta with marinate ingredients. Put in serving plate. Add meat on the side and its sauce on pasta. Garnish with parsley and mint.

Other Information:
•In the oven, Watch for the amount of gravy in the pan . add little water whenever needed
