3/4 cup of Goody Peanut Butter Spread with Flaxseed and Chia
1 Tbsp Honey
1 cup of Oatmeal
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsps Chia Seeds
2 Tbsps Almonds crush by a knife; or Almond Slices
1. In a bowl, place the peanut butter and honey; and put them in the microwave for 30 seconds.
2. Add the oatmeal, cinnamon, chia seeds to the honey and peanut butter; and mix them well.
3. Using the ice-cream scoop, take about one spoon of the mixture and place it on a sheet lined with parchment paper; then gently add the cookies on the top and sprinkle the almonds over it.
4. Refrigerate the cookies for an hour until they become more incorporated.
