2 cans chickpeas
½ cup white flour
½  cup chopped green parsley
1/3 cup lemon juice
¼ cup chopped onions
2 tsp mashed garlic
2 tsp grinded cumin
½ tsp salt
½ tsp grinded red pepper
½ cup oil
Sauce ingredients:
½ cup Goody Sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt


1.Heat the oven over 200 degrees. Put grease-proof paper at the bottom of the tray and leave aside.Drain the chickpeas and leave ¼ cup of their water. 
2.Mix the chickpeas with water, flour, parsley, lemon juice, onions, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper in the blender.Then, shape the falafel mixture into flat rounds and place in cookie sheet while leaving 1-2 inches between the rounds.Leave for 15 minutes. Fry the Falafel gradually, not all together, then place on the grease-proof paper and bake in oven for 8-10 minutes.
3.For Sauce Preparation: Mix the ingredients in a medium sized saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes.
