1 cup Goody Farfalle
2 salmon steaks
150g zucchini, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 ½ tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, sliced
Small sprig of dill
1 cup cream
120g baby asparagus
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp whole grain mustard
Mint leaves to garnish


1.Season the salmon steaks with olive oil, dill and salt and pepper and wrap in aluminum foil. Place on a baking sheet and put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Set aside.
2.Cook the farfalle as per the instructions on the packet. Drain.
3.In a frying pan, heat the butter and fry the garlic. Add the zucchini, add the cream and cook for 5 minutes. Add the asparagus, lemon juice and mustard; season with salt and pepper. Mix the pasta with the sauce and serve in two dishes. Place the baked salmon on top of the pasta and garnish with shredded mint leaves.
