1. Cook the pasta as shown on the package in boiled water. Keep 3 tablespoons of boiling water when the pasta is cooked sifted and keep it on the side.
2. In a pot over the heat put the butter, olive oil and garlic, add salmon and mix until they are combined add the cream and half of the parmesan cheese and Romano cheese and spices mix until it becomes creamy texture. Add the fettuccine to the mixture and mix in the sauce until the pasta is completely covered. Add the rest of the parmesan cheese and add the lemon zest and dill. Serve it immediately.
