1 Package Goody Fettuccini
35 g butter
2 tbsp flour
2  cup  milk
125 ml cream
50 g Edam cheese
25 g blue cheese
50 g mozzarella
25 g parmesan cheese
Thyme sprigs
375 ml water
crusty bread


1.Cook the fettuccine as per instructions on the packaging. Drain and set aside
2.In a saucepan, Heat butter till it becomes foamy. Lower the heat and add flour. Keep stirring with a wooden spoon until cooked. Slowly add the milk whilst whisking and then add the cream and simmer until it thickens. Add the rest of the cheese and thyme sprigs and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Add water to loosen the sauce; season with sea salt and pepper. Toss the fettuccini in the sauce. Serve with crusty bread.
