For the fish dressing:
1 kilo Hammour fish fillet
1 egg
1 tsp spices (black pepper / salt / paprika)
2 tsps of Goody white vinegar
1 tbsp of Goody mustard
For the sheet:
4 potatoes, sliced
2 cups of whipping cream
1 cube of Goody chicken bouillon
Pinch of black pepper
1 tsp garlic, ground
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp of Goody mustard
¼  cup of mozzarella cheese
Parsley for garnish



1.    Cut the fish into medium- sized pieces.Mix the egg, spices, vinegar and mustard then marinate the fish with the mixture, leave for an hour then cover it with flour, it is preferable to sprinkle a little black pepper over the flour.Fry the fish in ample hot oil until it browns then strain from oil.
2.    Fry the potato slices, strain from oil then arrange the fish and potatoes in a medium-sized serving sheet.
3.    In a saucepan, heat the cream then stir in the mustard, lemon, spices, garlic and chicken bouillon cube. After the mixture boils, pour it gently over the fish sheet and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.Place the sheet in the oven for 15 minutes then remove it and garnish with parsley.
