1 cup meat, minced

3 cups freekeh, washed, not soaked

3 cups chicken stock

1 can Goody Mixed Vegetables

½ can Goody whole Kernel Golden Corn

Salt, black pepper and allspice (to taste)

Fried pine nuts and almonds for garnish 


  1. In a pot Heat oil. Fry meat; add salt, black pepper and allspice to taste. Add the mixed vegetables and corn, mix well. Add the freekeh and chicken stock. When chicken stock starts to boil, lower heat immediately, and cook on very low heat for 30 minutes or till it's done, place in a serving dish. Garnish with pine nuts and almonds and serve.
