1.Put the amount of water in the pot, add the milk and hazelnut, and leave it over medium heat until it starts boiling.
2.Add the coffee, and you control its sweetness by either increasing or decreasing the condensed milk, lower the temperature to minimum and continue stirring.
3.Add the cocoa and Cofique and stir until they blend together. Let the mixture boil over low heat until it comes to a boil.
4.Whisk the mixture, either by using a manual beater or an electric one to form a foam.
5.Pour the coffee into the serving cups and garnish them as you prefer either with powdered sugar or cocoa powder.
