Fried onions give a tangy taste to this mild salad. Perfect for gatherings.
Cucumber , longitudinal slices
Carrot , longitudinal slices
Lettuce, cut in slices
Tomato , longitudinal slices
Bell peaper , longitudinal slices
Fired onion, Sliced longitudinal and sprinkled with salt
1 Can Goody corn
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp Goody mayonnaise with garlic
1 lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Goody vinegar
1 tsp Goody mustard
Salt – pepper
1. Deep fry thinly sliced onions till brown. Place on absorbent paper and sprinkle with salt. Set aside.
2. In a large salad bowl, make a layer of lengthwise sliced cucumber, a layer of sliced carrots, shredded lettuce, then sliced tomatoes. Spread 1 can Goody corn and finally a layer of cauliflower.
3. In a blender, combine 2 tbsp yogurt, 1 tbsp Goody garlic mayonnaise, 2 tbsp olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tbsp Goody vinegar, 1 tsp Goody mustard and seasoning. Pour dressing over cauliflower to cover. Garnish with fried onions.
