Present pizza in a new innovative manner and shape them into balls for easy presentation and have it as a delicious appetizer.
3 cups of White Flour, sifted with a dash of Salt
4 spoons of Goody Velor Powder Milk, dissolved in a cup of Water
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Instant Yeast
1 Tbsp Sugar
Dash of Salt
1 Tbsp Oregano
1 Tbsp Goody Ketchup
1 Tbsp Goody Mustard
¼ cup of Olive Oil mixed with Vegetable Oil
1 cup of Warm Water
6 Tbsps Goody Red Pasta Sauce-Napolitana
3 Tbsps Goody Sliced Green Olives
¼ cup of Mozzarella Cheese, grated
¼ cup of Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 Egg, whisked
Breadcrumbs, to taste
Oil for frying

1.To prepare the dough: In a bowl, place all the dry ingredients and start adding the liquid ingredients. Knead well then cover it with a clean towel and let it ferment for half an hour in a warm dark place.
2.In a bowl, mix all the filling ingredients well and set it aside.
3.Take a portion of the dough and shape it into small balls; afterwards, stuff them with the filling amount. Close them and shape them into balls. Dip the stuffed dough balls in the egg followed by the breadcrumbs; afterwards, fry them in deep oil until they become golden.
4.Serve the pizza balls hot after garnishing them with some stuffed olives and fix them in place with wooden sticks.
You serve the Goody Hot Sauce beside the dish.
You can keep an amount of the balls in the freezer for a month to fry them when needed.
