2 Eggs

½ cup of Sugar

1 tsp Vanilla

½ cup of Vegetable Oil

2 Tbsps Velor Powder Milk, dissolved in ¼ cup of Water

1 cup of All-Purpose Flour

1 medium spoon of Baking Powder

Medium-sized Cheesecake Pan, greased with a little Vegetable Oil


1 can of Goody Fruit Cocktail, drained

Final Layer:

1/3 cup of Vegetable Oil

½ cup of Sugar

1 tsp Vanilla

6 pieces of Cream Cheese

1 small can of Yogurt


  1. Heat the oven at 200o
  2. Mix together the eggs, sugar, vanilla, oil and milk in the electric mixer at medium speed, then gradually add the flour and baking powder; continue to stir for 10 minutes. Place the mixture in the cheesecake pan and bake for 25 minutes until it is cooked and turns golden. Take it out of the oven and let it cool, then spread the fruit cocktail evenly over the cake’s top.
  3. Mix the ingredients of the final layer in the electric mixer at high speed for 7 minutes until the ingredients are completely mixed. Afterwards, add the mixture over the fruit layer, and then place it in the oven at 180oC (upper heat only) for 15 minutes until it turns golden. Take it out of the oven and let it cool, then serve.
