270 gm of raw chocolate, chopped into small pieces
2 tbsps of Goody chocolate with hazelnuts, spreadable
1 cup of Velor canned milk
1 pck of Goody vanilla top whipping cream
18 berries, fresh
1.Prepare the tart according to the method recommended on the package then set aside.
2.In a large bowl, put the raw chocolate and the Goody spreadable chocolate.
3.In a small pot, put the cream over low heat until it boils then pour the hot cream through a strainer over the chocolate, stir the mixture until the chocolate melts completely and the mixture becomes creamy.
4.Pour the chocolate mixture in the tart molds then refrigerate it until serving time, garnish with top whipping cream and fresh berries.
