2 cup of flour

½ cups of Velor powder milk

½ tsp instant yeast

1 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp oil

1 cups lukewarm water

1 tsp salt

3 tbsp butter at room temperature

2 garlic cloves

1 cup yellow cheese, grated

¼  cup of parsley


  1. In a deep bowl, put the flour, milk, yeast, baking powder, sugar, oil, water and salt, stir with a wooden spoon to make a sticky dough, cover the bowl and leave it to ferment for an hour.
  2. Spread the dough on a floured surface in a form of a rectangle about 35 cm x 25 cm.Mix the butter with garlic and grease the mixture onto the rectangular dough then sprinkle the cheese and parsley.Start rolling the dough in a form of Swiss roll cylinder, press on the edges to close them.Cut the cylinder into pieces about 2 cm thick, arrange them in a sheet covered with parchment, bake in a preheated oven at 200o C for 20 minutes or until they brown, serve hot.
