A delicious and rich recipe for all the family members; serve as a main dish for lunch or dinner after garnishing it with green coriander leaves and parmesan cheese
1 pack of Goody Spaghetti
2 spoons of Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves, mashed
25 – 30 Shrimps, washed and deveined
2 spoons of Lemon Juice
½ tsp Red Chili pepper
2 spoon of Green Coriander, mashed
2 spoon of Parmesan Cheese, grated
1. Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the pack and place it on the serving dish.
2. In a pot over medium heat, heat the oil and add the garlic cloves and shrimps; leave them over the fire until the shrimps’ color turn pink. Continue to stir for 2 – 3 minutes; then add the lemon juice and red pepper; continue stirring the mixture for another couple of minutes. Place the shrimp mixture over the spaghetti, then add the coriander and parmesan cheese and serve.
