A quick, delicious and highly nutritious meal; the Garlic Shrimps for you and your family
1 Goody Chicken Stock Cube, dissolved in ½ cup of Warm Water
½ cup of Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced
1 tsp Red Pepper Powder
1 tsp Sweet Paprika Powder
2 Tbsps Parsley, coarsely minced
450g large Shrimps, peeled and deveined while keeping the tail
- In a deep bowl, marinate the shrimps in the chicken stock, and set it aside.
- Heat the oil in a deep skillet over medium heat, and then add the garlic cloves and the red pepper and paprika powders. Stir the mixture constantly for 30 seconds; then add the shrimps to the skillet and stir for a minute or two until the shrimps are cooked. Take the skillet off the heat, then add the parsley and stir. Place them in the serving bowl and serve hot with bread.You can serve it with spaghetti or white rice.
