Small patties which melt in the month and will also melt everyone who tastes it.
1 cup of sugar powder
1 cup of Goody vegetable margarine
1 ¾ cup of all-purpose flour
¼ cup of cocoa powder
Pinch of cardamom, ground
Pistachio, crushed for garnish
1. Heat the oven at 170o C.
2. Put the sugar and the margarine together, whisk with a hand blender or knead with hands to get a soft dough.
3. Add the remaining ingredients (flour, cocoa and cardamom) to the margarine mixture, knead well with hands to get a firm and tender dough, refrigerate the dough for about an hour, remove it from the fridge and leave until it becomes tender.
4. Use a small teaspoon to make small dough balls then arrange them in the baking sheet, taking into account that they are separated from each other by 1 cm.Press the balls slightly with the palm of your hand until it flattens a little then sprinkle the crushed pistachio.Bake the sheet for 20 minutes, leave it to cool then serve.
