1 pack of Goody large elbow Pasta 
Meat sauce:
4 tbsp butter
1 kilo ground beef
1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
1 jar of Goody  pasta sauce marinara 
1 cup crumbled feta 
1 egg
2 Tbsp. Roasted crushed pistachio.  
Béchamel/Cream Sauce*
4 Tbsp butter
4 cups (1 quart) milk
1 cup semolina
Salt (optional)
½ cup mozzarella cheese  
½ cup feta cheese
3 tbsp. roasted crushed pistachio.  


1.    Boil pasta according to package, you want them al dente. Drain and place pasta in mixing bowl.
2.    Preheat oven to 350F
4.    Melt butter in frying pan. Add ground beef, pistachio and onion, brown meat. Add tomato sauce, simmer for 5 minutes. Add meat sauce to pasta, mix well. Add egg and grated cheese to mixture, mix everything together. Grease baking pan. Pour the mixture into pan.
5.  For the Béchamel: Heat milk in pan. Add butter. Stir in semolina slowly, continuously stirring Add salt to taste. When béchamel gets thick, remove from heat. Spread béchamel over the pasta mix. Top with some extra feta and mozzarella cheese and sprinkle entire pasta with pistachio Bake for about 45 minutes (until pasta top is a nice golden brown colour) if you want the top to be golden brown open the oven from above for 5 min.
