1.Place Red bell peppers on a baking sheet, drizzle the olive oil on top and place in the oven for 20 minutes on 220 degrees C. Remove from the oven and cover with foil paper tightly and leave to cool down. Remove the skin and the seeds and finely chop
2.In a medium mixing bowl, add the tuna, the roasted bell peppers, feta cheese, celery, mayonnaise, and hot sauce and mix and until well combined
3.In each soft roll spread the Italian dressing on each side then add ¼ the amount of Tuna mix in each sandwich. Serve.
