1 batch Roca
4 lettuce leaves 
½ batch parsley, leaves picked not chopped 
¼ batch mint, leaves picked not chopped
½ batch coriander, leaves picked not chopped
¼ batch dill, chopped 
½ can Goody large mushrooms, cut in half marinated in 2 tbsp Goody Italian dressing 
½ can Goody beetroot, marinated in 2 tbsp Goody Italian dressing.
¼ cup Goody Caesar salad dressing
¼ cup Goody Italian dressing 
1 tbsp fresh coriander, finally chopped 
Parmesan cheese, grated


1.Wash watercress and lettuce well, leaf by leaf. Chop roughly. 
2.Mix all leaves in serving plate. Arrange mushrooms on the sides. Cut beetroot lengthwise, put in centre. 
3.Put sauce ingredients in well sealed tupperware, shake well. Pour on salad, sprinkle cheese and coriander.
•Cooking Tip: 
Pour dressing before serving immediately.
