Ingredients

½cup Goody Pasta Vermicelli Cuts (No. 61)
2 tbsp butter
1 grated medium onion
1 grated cloves of garlic
¼cup grated leek
1 pack Goody green beans drained from liquid of conservation
1 bag (450 g) Goody frozen green peas4 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp chopped mint
1cube chicken or vegetable broth (to taste)
Salt, black pepper

Method

1.Heat the butter with onions, garlic and leek.Leave for 5 minutes until onion becomes transparent.Add the remaining ingredients except the vermicelli and leave on heat for 20 minutes.Grind the previous mixture until it becomes like mashed potatoes then add the vermicelli to the soup.Leave it until pasta becomes well cooked and stir from time to time.Serve the soup after making sure that the pasta is well cooked.
