4 Chicken Breasts
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
4 Slices of Cheddar Cheese
1 Red Onion, sliced
4 pieces of Whole or White Wheat Burger Bread
Goody Barbeque Sauce
4 – 5 Green Lettuce Leaves
1 Tomato, finely sliced
1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
2. Using a hot griddle or an iron pan, grill the chicken breasts for 5-6 minutes on each side. Check if the chicken is cooked well by checking its internal temperature using a thermometer or by cutting the chicken in half; as the chicken’s center must not be pink. If there is a room on the pan, add the onion slices to grill them for another 5-6 minutes.
3. Place the cheese slices over the chicken and let them melt.
4. Fry the bread, and then coat it with the barbeque sauce. Put the vegetables and grilled chicken and enjoy.
