Ingredients

2 garlic cloves
2 tbsps lemon juice
Salt to taste
Pinch of white pepper
4 pcs of hammour fish, fillets
Mustard Sauce:
½  cup cooking cream
¼  cup of Goody mustard
1 tbsp white vinegar
Salt to taste
Pinch of white pepper
A little rosemary and colored peppers for garnish
 

Method

1.    In a bowl, add the garlic to the lemon juice with olive oil, salt and white pepper, stirring well.Marinate the fish in the mixture, leave it for 10 minutes.
2.    Grill the fish fillet on a griddle greased with olive oil, cover with aluminum foil to speed the cooking process.
3.    To prepare the mustard sauce:Put the cream in a small saucepan then add the mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper, leave the saucepan on the heat for 5 minutes.Add the sauce to the fish when serving and garnish with colored peppers and rosemary.
