1. Place the prime steak cuts in a zip lock bag with 1⁄2 cup Goody BBQ sauce. Massage in the sauce so that it covers the meat. Keep refrigerated overnight or 2 hours minimum. The longer the steak marinates, the more flavorsome and tender it will be.
Before cooking your steak, wipe off the access sauce. Brush each side of the steaks with olive oil to prevent the meat from sticking to the pan. Season both sides of the meat with salt and pepper.
2. Warm the non-stick skillet before placing the steaks. The skillet should be on a medium high heat to seal the steaks so that the juices are trapped inside. Cook each steak for 4-6 minutes each side, depending on your preference for medium of well- done steak. Once cooked remove from heat and place on a plate and cover with foil. Let the steaks sit for 5 minutes so that the meat relaxes and becomes tender.
3. Slice into slithers and place on serving plate. Serve Goody BBQ sauce in a ramekin to dip steak into it as desired.
