Grilled Mushroom and Onion Burger
½ kg ground beef
salt and cracked black pepper
2 cups sliced Goody Mushrooms
¼ medium onion, sliced
2 tbsp butter
- Preheat grill or skillet.
- Gently form 1/2 lb burgers in hands. Season with salt and pepper.Cook for 5 - 6 minutes per side, flipping only once, or until desired doneness.
- Saute mushrooms, onions and butter in oven safe skillet (I used a small cast iron skillet) on grill until tender.
- Top burgers with cheese and sauteed mushrooms and onions.
