3 tbsps olive oil

½ kilo large shrimps, peeled

Salt and ground black pepper to taste

1 Cup of Goody sweet corn

1 celery stalk, minced

1 tbsp of lemon juice, fresh

1 Garlic clove, minced

1/3 cup of Goody Mayonnaise

½  tbsp Paprika

¼ tsp red Chili

½  cup of cabbage, finely sliced

4 Tortilla breads

4 lettuce leaves


1.    Heat the griddle then put 2 spoons of olive oil, salt-marinated shrimps and pepper, stir for 5 minutes until the shrimps become pink, remove them from the heat and keep them warm.
2.    Put the remaining of the olive oil in a medium pan then add the corn, cook over high heat for a couple of minutes until they become crisp then set it aside to cool.
3.    In a bowl, put the (celery, lemon juice, garlic, mayonnaise, paprika, chili and cabbage), mix them well then stir in the corn.
4.    Heat the tortilla bread on the griddle then put the lettuce leaf, the corn mixture and the roasted shrimps one after the other, roll the bread then chop it from the center and serve.
