Grilled Shrimps with Mayonnaise and Ketchup Dressing
Enjoy the special taste of grilled shrimps with mayonnaise and ketchup dressing, and serve with grilled potatoes or salad.
½ kg of Shrimps with tails, washed well and removing the sandy strip on the back
6 Grill Skewers, soaked in hot water for 15 minutes
1 cup of Goody Mayonnaise with Ketchup
1 spoon of Goody Natural Sugar Cane Vinegar
½ tsp Dry Thyme
½ tsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Garlic Clove
1 spoon of Lemon Juice
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Olive Oil
- Place the shrimps in a deep bowl; add the mayonnaise and all the spices; rub them well; afterwards, cover the bowl and leave it for an hour until the mixture will absorb the dressing.
- Heat the grill or the pan over medium heat; meanwhile, instill the shrimps in the skewers, and place the shrimp skewers on the grill; cover for a couple of minutes or until they are browned on both sides.
- Place the shrimp skewers on the serving dish, and serve hot with grilled potatoes or salad.
