1 kg Hashi Meat with a little piece of fat
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
4 Cheese Slices
2 pieces of Burger Bread
Goody Flavor Station Classic Burger Sauce
Onion Slices
Lettuce Leaves
Tomato Slices


1.    Using a grinder, grind the meat with the piece of fat from two to three times until it becomes tender, then shape the meat to form 4 balls only.
2.    Using a sheet over high heat, heat the sheet and place the balls on the sheet; then press it from above using the parchment paper until it becomes flat. Season with salt and black pepper on each side. Reduce the heat to medium; then grill the meat for about a minute and half on each side.
3.    Place the cheese over the burger; then place each two pieces of meat on top of each other. Sprinkle the sheet with a little water and cover the burger until the cheese melts.
4.    Coat with the burger sauce; then place the onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and burger. Enjoy your meal.
