3 tbsps light soy sauce
2 spring onions, finely chopped
1 tbsps sesame oil
1 tbsps honey
1 tbsps sesame seeds, plus more for garnish
2 cans Goody Tuna in Brine, drained
½ cup pickled peppers, drained and chopped
4 cups cooked steamed rice for serving
2 cups thinly sliced radishes for serving
2 cups shredded carrots for serving
2 cups shredded red cabbage for serving
1.In a large bowl, whisk soy sauce, green onions, oil, honey, and sesame seeds. Add tuna and peppers; toss until well-combined.
2.In the serving bowl, add the cooked rice, top with sliced radishes in one quarter, shredded carrots in the second quarter, shredded cabbage in the third quarter, and the tuna in the fourth quarter. Garnish with the sesame seeds and serve.
