Healthy Vegetarian Pasta

Prepare quick and easy pasta. For an extra dose of protein add lentils into the mix.

2 large onions, sliced
3 cloves garlic, chopped
½ cup brown lentils, boiled
1 pack Goody Conchigli, boiled
1 bunch rocca, roughly chopped
2 large tomatoes, diced
Salt and black pepper


1.    Heat 1 tbsp olive oil. Fry onions and garlic until caramelized. Add the lentils and pasta. Chop the rocca and tomatoes and add to the mix .Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm or cold.

Tip: You can omit the tomatoes and rocca and serve the dish hot, with a side salad.
