1 cup whole wheat flour
3 tbsp valor dried milk dissolved in warm cup of water 
½ tsp yeast
1 tsp vanilla powder
¼ tsp sugar
3 bananas
½ cup of Velor canned cream 1/4 cup of honey
¼ cup of butter
¼ chider cheese


1. Sift the flour in a big mixing bowl and add vanilla. In another bowl put the warm milk, yeast sugar and mix well. Let it rest for couple minutes. Then add flour mix in batches till it forms thick batter. Let it rest for an hour.
2. In non stick pan on medium heat some oil and put some of the batter till it turns gold then flip it to the other side. Repeat till you finish the batter.
3. In a meat grinder add the bananas, the chopped pan cakes, butter, half of the honey and half of the cream. Repeat till they mix well.
4. In serveing bowl. Add the masob mix and garnish it with cream, chider cheese and honey.
