5 Hot Dogs
10 puff pastry squares
Egg wash, 1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp water
1.Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2.Cut Hot Dogs in half
3.Get the puff pastry sheet and cut 4 lines in the middle without reaching the edges keeping ½cm between each line and ½ cm to the edge. Roll each puff pastry sheet with the hot dog pressing the end to be completely sealed. Place on the baking sheet (closed side down).
4.Brush each Puff Pastry with the egg wash and place in the oven for 15 minutes until the dough is puffed and golden in color.
5.Serve with ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard.
