1 Valencia orange
thumb-sized piece of ginger
4 tbsp Goody Natural Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp Manuka honey
1 litre just-boiled water
1. Wash the orange, lemon and ginger thoroughly.
2. Slice the orange and lemon into 0.5cm rounds and place in a jug.
3. Slice the ginger into thin strips and place into the jug.
4. Pour in the vinegar and honey.
5. Add the just-boiled water, stir to combine and allow to cool slightly. Serve warm.
