Indian chicken curry stew

4 cups of chicken broth
1 and half cup of cream
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp curry powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
2 tbsp of Goody Mustard
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 medium green pepper, cut into thin strips
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
Chopped fresh cilantro


1.    In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Place chicken, green pepper and onion pour broth mixture over top. Cook, covered, on low until chicken and vegetables are tender, 4-5 hours.

2.    Remove chicken and cool slightly. Cut or shred chicken into bite-size pieces; heat through. Serve with rice. Top with cilantro.
