1 cup Goody Sedani pasta
3 tbsps olive oil
500 g chicken breast, cut into strips
1 cinnamonstick
2 whole cardamoms
2 cloves
1 tsp ginger, grated
3 cloves garlic, grated
½ tsp turmeric
125 ml tomato paste
1 cup tomatoes, crushed
½ tsp red chili powder
100 g fried onions
100 ml cup yoghurt, whisked
½ tsp garam masala
1 cup water


1.Boil the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2.Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the chicken with garlic and ginger until browned and cooked. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, add the dry spices and cook until the cardamoms have fluffed. You can add more oil if the pan is dry. Add the turmeric, tomato paste, tomatoes, red chili and fried onions. Add water and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes. Add the chicken and the whisked yogurt. Season and simmer until oil rises to the surface. Add the garam masala and stir the pasta. Serve immediately.
