1 cup Velor powder milk
1 tsp baking powder
10 tbsp Velor powder milk
4 cups water
½ cup sugar
1 tbsp rose water
2 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp saffron
Pistachios, chopped for garnishing
1. In a bowl, mix first amount of powder milk with egg and baking powder to form dough. Shape into small balls. Set aside.In a pan, dissolve milk in water. Heat to boil, add cardamom and sugar. Stir to dissolve. Add dough balls; boil for 15 minutes or till double in size.
2. Take off heat, add rose water. Cool. Pour in small bowls. Refrigerate till cold. Garnish with saffron and nuts.
