Prepare lasagna in the quickest way possible, and enjoy its delicious taste with your family.
¼ cup of Olive Oil
4 Garlic Cloves, mashed
2 Goody Canned Tomatoes
4 Tbsps Basil
¼ Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
4 whole eggs
4 pieces of Goody Pasta Lasagna
4 kg minced meat, cooked
2 cups of Mozzarella Cheese
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
1.Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add garlic and cook for a minute, and then add tomatoes, a tablespoon of basil, salt and pepper; cook for 5 minutes. Place them in a blender and grind the mixture. Place a cup of the ground mixture in another skillet and leave it over low heat.
2.In another bowl, mix together the parmesan cheese, the eggs, the remaining amount of basil, the salt and the pepper.
3.Add two lasagna pieces in a skillet over the tomato mixture, and then place a layer of minced meat. Add a dash of oil, salt and pepper; afterwards, add half the amount of cheese mixture, some mozzarella cheese, the remaining amount of the tomato mixture and then two lasagna pieces. Continue with the same order until the amount ends, and then top with the mozzarella cheese. Cover the skillet and leave it over the heat until the lasagna is cooked. Let the lasagna rest for a few minutes before cutting it.
*The Lasagna can be garnished with mozzarella cheese and herbs.
